Returns Eligibility

• You may return your item within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
• Returns must be initiated within the 7 day window via email anaqaah@outlook.com
• We do not offer returns or refunds for International orders.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return your item and place a new order. Or email us at anaqaah@outlook.com if you would like to exchange in person at our Villawood location.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing after your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, discount codes, gift cards and final sale cannot be returned, exchange is accepted. 
• Items returned with makeup, perfume, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
• International orders are non returnable

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
